How it works

Verified by Al uses advanced artificial intelligence technology to analyse company reviews on Trustpilot and Google. Our Al system determines the authenticity of each review, providing businesses and consumers with transparent insights into review credibility.

Here`s how the process works:

Scanning and Evaluation

The Al scans all available reviews for a company and assesses each one individually. It examines the content of the review and the behaviour of the reviewer's account.

Scoring Reviews

After analysis, the Al calculates the percentage of authentic reviews for the company. If 80% or more of a company's reviews are deemed genuine, the company is awarded a "Trusted Reviews" badge.

Criteria for Authenticity

The Al follows strict rules to identify patterns and behaviors that indicate fake reviews.

Key factory include:

A

Repeated Reviews

If the same individual leaves three or more reviews for the same company or product, all their reviews are classified as fake.

B

Signle-Review Accounts

Reviews from accounts that have only ever submitted one review are marked as fake.

C

Reviewer Coordination

If two accounts review the same five products within two weeks of each other, both accounts are classified as fake reviewers, and all their reviews are flagged as fake.

D

Consistent 5-Star Reviews

Accounts that have left 30 or more reviews, all with 5-star ratings, are categorized as fake reviewers.

E

High Volume of Reviews

Accounts posting more than five reviews in a signle day are flagged as fake, and all their reviews are marked as fake.

Awarding the Badge

Businesses that maintain a high percentage of authentic reviews earn the "Trusted Reviews" badge. This badge signals to customers that the company’s reviews are credible and trustworthy.
