These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Veni Vidi Vici Ltd, trading under the name "Verified by AI Reviews" ("we," "our," "us"). By subscribing to or usign our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Verified by AI Reviews uses artificial intelligence to analyze companies’ reviews on platforms such as Trustpilot and Google. Usign a set of criteria, our AI determines whether reviews are real or fake. Companies whose reviews are judged to be at least 80% authentic are eligible to subscribe to our service. Once subscribed, companies may use the "Verified by AI" badge on their website and marketing materials to signify the authenticity of their reviews.

3. Subscription and Badge Usage

Only subscribed companies may use the "Verified by AI" badge
If a company cancels its subscription or fails to make payments, it must cease usign the badge and any reference to our company name
Unauthorized use of the badge, whether on a website or in marketing materials, is a breach of these Terms. In such cases, we reserve the right to pursue compensation through legal proceedings.

4. Payment Terms

The subscription fee is $10 per month, payable through Stripe.
Non-payment will result in the deletion of a company’s page on our website and the revocation of badge usage rights.
No refunds are provided under any circumstances.

5. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services in the following instances:

Breach of these Terms.
Non-payment of subscription fees.
Misuse of the "Verified by AI" badge.

Our AI continues to monitor company reviews after subscription. If more than 20% of a company’s reviews are judged to be fake, we may terminate their subscription and revoke their badge usage rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The "Verified by AI" logo and badge are the exclusive property of Veni Vidi Vici Ltd. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitations of Liability

We do not guarantee that the "Verified by AI" badge will increase business credibility or sales.
We take no responsibility for errors in the AI’s judgment of reviews, whether real or fake.
We are not liable for the actions of companies that use our service or badge.
Users who rely on the badge as a sign of trust do so at their own discretion.
We are not liable for the misuse of our service or any verification errors.

8. User Obligations

By usign our service, you agree to:

Refrain from manipulating reviews to appear authentic.
Avoid buying or generating fake reviews.
Ensure all reviews for your company are genuine.

Companies also agree not to misuse the "Verified by AI" badge.

9. Privacy and Data Usage

Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UK law.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via email of significant changes.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or court proceedings in accordance with UK law.
